Barlovento was founded in 1996. We began as a telecommunications contractor providing our clients with both inside and outside plant projects. Today we still provide these services to many of our clients but have ventured into several new fields.

Celebrate Safety Awards from 2007.The first award is the Quarterly Safety Award Presented to us by the USACOE for medium projects. (Controlled Environmental Storage Facility).The second award was given to us by The USACOE for having Zero-Accidents during the construction/renovation of Dorm 6012.
